The Lomographic Society International develops, designs and distributes analogue Cameras and Lifestyle products under the brand „Lomography“. This includes innovative analogue cameras and accessories, films, books as well as bags and fashion. We are an international company with it’s headquarter located in Vienna and various subsidiaries all around the world. Our website www.lomography.com results to be the worldwide biggest online photo community for creative photography, we organize Photo-contests as well as international exhibitions. Lomography offers it’s products in webshops (lomography.com/ lomography.jp/ lomography.co.cr/ lomographyasia.com) and special Lomography gallery shops in Asia, the USA, South America and Europe. We also supply design-, museum-, gallery-, gadget-, & conceptstores with our unique products.

For our Vienna Headquarter Team we are looking for an Editor in Chief/Community Manager lomography.com

The Job description:
As editor in chief and community manager of lomography.com you are responsible for all editorial content on lomography.com and our web community. You are responsible to create an editorial guideline and rules for lomography.com in cooperation with the management and to enforce and enhance these guidelines throughout our channels. You are responsible for the end check and development of all editorial content on lomography.com. You manage and build up an editorial team for the different sections of lomography.com (shop site, magazine part, newsletters, cooperation pages, etc…). You will be communicating with contributors all over the world and are expected to create an exciting experience for lomography.com users. Additionally you need a feel for marketing, sales and promotion, since you will be active at the interface of sales and community. You will need to work on strategies to enhance the community on lomography.com and will take care of the community on the website.

- project management skills
- basic commercial knowledge
- knowledge of current web developments, especially of social media
- keen perception of things
- experience in a similar position is a plus
